Last year's t ball pictures - I just found them a couple of weeks ago - whoops. Thought I'd taken care of them already.
Not sure of the paper or even where I got it (JoAnns or Michaels). The sticker I've had forever and just matted it on black CS like the pictures.  The journaling block is CM.

This year's school picture (I also did last year's...also thought I'd done it and hadn't...) Paper is Provo Craft, I think and the owl is from the Create a Critter 2 cartridge.

This was a LOAD last week. Using circles of various sizes. So I found this paper (Miss Elizabeth) and then used my Cricut (George Basic Shapes cart) and cut out various sized circles out of paper with various size circles on it :) The CS is Bazzill. The title is from the Once Upon a Princess cartridge. Pics of Grace from 2011.

Last year's Little League.  Can't remember this paper - I've had it for ages - bought it to go with pictures from a Sacramento River Cats game and had it left over. The sticker and journaling block are CM.

Another LOAD - this time you were supposed to use metal (if you used brads or eyelets you were supposed to use 10...i used 5 brads and 5 letters). I also used it for one of the monthly contests at ST - the recipe challenge where you were to use red or pink CS, make a heart out of embellishments (blingie heart on journaling box), and use an arrow (title).  The paper is from imaginescence, the letters from JoAnns (about 7 or 8 years ago), the CS - Bazzill, journaling box Bazzill, bling - ?, inked edges of photo mats and arrow.  More Spring of 2011 Grace pictures :)
Oh, I put the heart brads next to certain words to highlight them on the background paper.

a couple more layouts...

Man - I love when ST has MSD or LOAD, I seem to actually get around to scrapbooking!  And boy, do I need to keep it up...I can't even begin to count the amount of pictures I have printed out that I need to do something with - and I don't even want to think about what is still on the computer to print out...I'd probably cry.  Then this morning, I started organizing/sorting paper trying to find something I remember having somewhere. Oh my goodness!!  I have more paper than I'll ever use. Which is why I haven't really bought any in a long time (except a little bit of girl stuff in the past few years and some Star Wars paper that we found this summer). So I'd better get back to that mess, errrr....project.

This was just a LO I was going to do because I had the pictures out thinking about the monochromatic LO (see below) and this paper was also on my table because I'd just found it and I thought they would go well together (and bagged the monochromatic idea for these pictures).
Then I realized I could use this for one of the monthly contests on Storytellers - an interesting/unusual combination of colors...which I thought this was because I've used maybe two of them together, but not all of them at once.
The PP is K&Co., CS is from Target (years ago - Marcella by K or something), the bright green ink I inked around that mats & journaling is Studio G from WM...and the pen is CM, i think. And I used my tab punch - love that punch.
Pictures are from last June at the trailer we lived in for 4 months and the kids and a friend playing croquet golf.

For the Feb 17 LOAD you were supposed to make a paper craft of some sort. I probably could've just done another LO, but wasn't sure, so I made this flower out of scraps from my photo mats. The button was from an old coat or something.

This was Feb 19 LOAD - monochromatic - so I went with pink & pictures of Grace from 2 years ago.
She'd snagged my shoes after church and did quite well walking in them....probably because her feet slid all the way to the toe and it wasn't too different from regular shoes :)
The main cardstock was Bazzill Basics (Cherries Jubilee, I think), the foam alphabets were Miss Elizabeth, the light pink CS was from a package from Costco, the brads were from Michaels or JoAnns, the little gems were the Dollar store and the journaling box & pen, and paper flowers, heart, & butterfly were all CM.
Grace really liked this one.

2 new LOAD pages plus an recent-ish one of J

Pictures of Joshua from the fall...I LOVE how my title turned out :)
The paper is old stuff from DCWV I think, the metal alpha letters are some I got at JoAnns pre-2006...I like them but they're a pain! I used the Cricut Zoo Day cart again for the rest of the letters (love the font on that one!) Inked stuff with a brown ink pad. The pocket watch image I stamped (about 3 months ago when I was originally going to do this LO) on photo paper. The ink smudged off in spots as I was adhering it yesterday, but it just makes it look more aged :)

This was the LOAD challenge for Feb 14
This is an ST kit that I just got in the mail last week as a prize from Dec. It's a mother's day one, but works great for little girls, too. I popped up the two die cuts with foam tape. Then I added little tiny pink "diamonds" to the centers of all the visible scrolls on on the tip of each flower petal and a little purple star jewel to the tab with the date on it. My "jewels" are nail jewels I picked up at the dollar store and cut apart :)

LOAD for Feb 18th challenge...
4th of July layout of Joshua from 2008! I really need to get going and get caught up (ha ha)...Grace thought this was Nathaniel...and thought the baby pictures I was doing of Nathaniel recently were pictures of herself. Poor kid...

The paper is from Target in 2007 or 2008...CS - is from Costco, Cricut cuts (title & banners) from Create a Critter 2, firecracker sticker is from Miss Elizabeth and journaling block is CM

Some pages for Nathaniel's Baby Album

I know, he'll be SEVEN in 6 months, but I still have hardly any of his baby pages done. I had most of Joshua's first year done by the time he was 3 1/2 and I didn't start scrapbooking until he was 18 months old...Nathaniel, I've been scrapping his whole life. But a month after he turned 3, Grace was born. So yes, he's the shafted middle child. But, it's not all bad, I've got a lot more cooler stuff to work with to do his pages that I didn't have when I did Joshua's (Cricut, Cuttlebug, etc.) so I'm having fun doing his pages. The majority of these pages I did at the end of July at a crop in Davis that I got to go to when we were down on vacation - all they needed was titles and journaling and just one little thing to dress them up (brads or a Cricut creature or something).

This is some old paper - can't remember where it came from, but I bought it when I did Joshua's baby pages. The brads I've had for ever also - pre-N. This is two-sided paper.
I trimmed, with my trusty (not rusty) Exacto knife, around the sailboat and star on the picture in the upper right. That made for careful placement of the picture on the other side of the paper...I also strategically place these pictures on this side so certain words & phrases were visible. Glad I don't do that a lot because it is stressful :)

This is the other side of the top page...again I cut around one part just a little bit. I used my Cricut and new Create a Critter 2 cartridge on this (we called Nathaniel froggy because of the way he would pull his legs up to his chest). I also used my Cuttlebug to dress up the journaling box a little...if I'm remembering correctly, the border I used is from a set entitled, NATHANIEL'S PENWORK - appropriate, I thought.

I LOVE this paper - don't remember who it is made by, but I got it at either Michaels or Jo-Anns :) It is "younger" than Nathaniel ;). The star brads are from Jo-Anns and the journaling block is from CM. The CS is Bazzill.

This paper is from some that Brian gave me for Christmas several years ago. Used my Cuttlebug again on this journaling block - Deco Art maybe (?). And my Create a Critter 2 cartridge for the little lamb.  Great Grandma Darlene knits and crochets a lot so I thought a lamb would be fun on this page.

Nathaniel is a little older in these next 2 layouts...they were a trip we made to Arizona and So. Cal. when he was 10 months old.
The paper is from the same lot Brian gave me for Christmas several eyars ago. The CS is from Costco, button from Walmart and a cute monkey from the CaC2 cartridge. We always call Nathaniel our monkey boy because he loves monkey and he sometimes acts like one :)

This in in San Diego...his first time at the beach. This is fun paper - DCWV maybe. I cut around one of the jelly fish so that it overlapped a picture, used my Cricut for the title (Zoo Day cartridge) and then ran the letters through my Cuttlebug (Tiny Bubbles folder) and then inked them in light blue. The journaling block is CM, the CS is Costco and Bazzill.

I DO remember how to Scrapbook :)

This is a Joshua layout - from an event last week :)
The paper is from Storytellers, the jouranling block, title strip, photo mat and alphabet stickers are all CM. The brad is from Joanns and the tag from walmart :)
I should've made a title for this and called it ROCKET MAN but I didn't think of that until I was downloading the pictures of the layout :) Another Nathaniel layout - from a week or two ago and a school project to build a rocket out of recyclables (they took them in to school).  The journaling block is CM, the paper is Bazzil? and the photo mats are CM.

I think I did most of this in July when I scrapbooked on my birthday - I found it all finished except for journaling in a paper storage container today when I was looking for some other paper...the textured CS is from Mrs. Grossman's I think - came with some free samples or something back in 2004 or 2005. The red CS is Bazzill, the title stickers are ones I've had since 2003 or 2004. The journaling block is from CM. This is one for Nathaniel's baby book...he was 6 days old.

Storytellers Club is doing their LayOut A Day challenge for February again (love when they do this!) and I'm finally getting a chance to scrapbook. This was for the challenge due today - a seasonal layout about any season but winter ;)
Grace swimming at Uncle Terry & Aunt Theresa's last July.
The paper is from Storytellers from several years ago, the stickers are from a prize I won during MSD about 5 years ago (maybe 6), the pink CS is from a big pack from Costco from at least 5 years ago.
So yep, all the supplies are older than Grace :)

Another LOAD challenge - this was for yesterday's - use punches (leaf punch on photo on upper left - and punched out leaves added to diecut on bottom right, and circle punch used for circles on the Brothers and Sibling Love photos)
Nathaniel at the pumpkin patch - October 2011.  This layout was awesome - I'd started it (mats cut, journaling block done, photos and paper all together!!) I don't know how long ago and it got put in a paper storage box and when I went to find some other paper yesterday I found this just needing some glue dots and ink (and I traded out two of the mats because they were just too dark).  Most of the supplies in this layout are older than Nathaniel...the background paper is from a DCWV stack that I bought when I first started scrapbooking in 2003...same with the Autumn diecut. The journaling block is from CM, I believe.
